Each person is unique. My approach is to listen to each one, read the signs and apply a solution that truly goes towards that person.

A massage is a way to relief body tensions that lead to unbalances that in a short term will have bad consequences. We must look at the massage therapy as a way to keep balance. When we are in balance:

  • we sleep better;
  • think better;
  • feel better;
  • work better;
  • relate better

While in balance, our energy flows without obstacles and everything works.
